When staying at the retreat you can choose exactly how you wish to spend your time. I have designed the retreat for up to two women for a 3-day holistic experience. Designed to re-energise and revitalise, whether it be yoga or creative meditation, I can tailor your visit to match your needs. You can take advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings and reconnect with nature or use the fitness rooms to exercise and train. There really are a number of possibilities with which you can spend your time here at Retreats at the Farm.

If you would like to work on your fitness, Fitness Studio Peldon is just a stones throw away. Fitness Studio Peldon offers a unique fitness experience with studio classes and personal training including: Broga, Bootcamp, Body Combat and Metafit, Boxing, Kettlebells and Spinning & Core Conditioning. The studio is run by Matthew and Lily and they are on hand to provide dedicated support and assistance to help you achieve your fitness goals.

There are two options if you are staying at Retreats at the Farm. You can stay at Mable, which is our self-contained caravan located in the meditation garden. Mable features all of the latest facilities including a kitchen, en suite bathroom and garden. Alternatively, you can stay at the farmhouse which is a private lodging that features a separate kitchen with a lounge and en suite facilities.
The retreat fees will be £130 per day
There will be a buffet lunch/afternoon tea with drinks provided throughout the day. There will be vegan/vegetarian options if you so wish.
