Retreats at the Farm is located in the small idyllic village of Peldon in Essex, which is near Colchester and the seaside coastal village of West Mersea. Situated on Rolls Farm, there are two acres of beautiful countryside surrounding the beautiful 1950s farmhouse. The farmhouse itself has been lovingly restored and is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a day of tranquil rejuvenation. Adjacent to the farmhouse is the coach house which is used for accommodation, as well as the outside studio which is great for yoga & meditation during summer months. When the weather is good, the gardens outside offer the perfect environment for outside activities, or total solitude if you wish to reconnect with nature.
There is a large restored outside swimming pool that is ideal for hot sunny days and can be used at your own discretion.
The fitness studio is located at the far end of the property and there is opportunity to take part in personal training and exercise classes if you so desire.

As a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and counselling supervisor I also offer support for those who have experienced mental and physical trauma. I work within the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) framework and look to understand the complex conditions where abuse occurs and identify ways to alleviate and support your needs. I offer supervision and counselling face to face or through email, it all depends on what works best for you.
